How much does it cost to use your service?

Our fees are based upon the size of the practice, specialty, degree of services provided and the amount we collect for you. We charge a percentage of monthly collections.

Do you provide a Practice Management system?

Doctors’ Choice offers several options to meet the unique requirements of your practice. We will evaluate your needs and make recommendations accordingly.

Do you offer a Physician Dashboard?

Yes! By choosing our Elite product you maintain control with total access to your financial data. The Digital Dashboard provides a secure site to access information such as appointments for the day, claims status and aging by insurance carrier. The Digital Dashboard also provides a daily Practice Summary of total A/R, charges, receipts and number of appointments.

Do you offer an Electronic Medical Records system?

Yes, however we understand that each practice may have unique requirements. That is why Doctors’ Choice provides a Practice Management solution that can interface to over 300 EHR/EMR to meet the diverse needs of physicians and their specialties.

What if I like my current system?

Our staff members are experienced on several platforms. We will evaluate each request to determine if it is feasible to use your system.

What specialties do you bill for?

Our dedicated staff includes certified coders, and we have experience across most specialties. Please contact us if you have questions about your specialty.

How do you receive my billing and payment information?

We offer an in house courier service to pick up your paperwork, or you can scan, mail or FedEx them to us. If you utilize our electronic records system, there are no fee tickets to pick up. We also recommend that you use a bank lockbox service to process your incurance and patient payments, and those records are sent to us from the bank.

How often do you send out insurance claims?

Claims are swept from our system at a minimum of 3 times a day.

How do I know you are collecting the maximum amount for my practice?

DCMS is performance based. In addition to your personal account manager, we provide experienced staff who are dedicated to following up on each open claim, as well as staff members who work with patients to set up payment plans for their balances.

Do you use an automated call center ?

Absolutely not! We provide a dedicated Account Manager with a dedicated phone line to be responsive to your patient’s needs. It is our goal to provide a seamless extension of your practice.
